Male, German Shepherd Mix, 2 years old, 26kg

Lovely Charlie spent more than six months exploring the streets of Paphos, showing off his intelligence and cautious nature. It took some time to finally catch him, but we’re so glad we did, and he joined the shelter in August 2023. 

He’s a GSD cross, weighing around 26kg and is around 2 years old. He gets along well with other dogs, but isn’t a fan of bigger, dominant males. 

Charlie loves digging holes and investigating his surroundings, so a safe and secure garden is a must for him. He can be jumpy and excitable, especially if he knows and likes you. Being around younger children requires some supervision as he may forget his own size.

Charlie would thrive in a home with someone who has experience with dogs. It would be best for him to be in a home with maximum of 1-2 other dogs, to ensure he gets all the attention he missed while on the streets.
